27.02.20 : Havelock Island

27/02/20 : Havelock Island
From Havelock Island, we took bus in the morning to Elephant beach, famous for water sports like scuba diving, snorkeling, para-sailing, banana rides etc.  We were all taken to experience snorkeling, even those not knowing swimming.

We got to see the colourful fishes, nemo, zebra and tiger fishes, sea urchins and live corals through our face mask.  The locals were there to help us and take us floating to reach the reef to see the sea life. It was fun.

Elephant Beach is very famous for the bright coral reefs that one can find at a depth that is as shallow as just one meter. Some of the most popular attractions around the beach include swimming, fishing, kayaking and an array of other super exciting water sports that are famous in Andaman. You can also explore the famous underwater world of the Andaman Islands on the Elephant Beach, and see some of the most exciting marine life, like the famous coral reefs, turtles, sea anemones, as well as many other types of colorful fish.

From here we went to lunch at a restaurant on the beach front.  It was lovely restaurant with good food. From here we were taken to Radhanagar beach, a lovely flat beach with clear and clean water and lovely to swim.

Returned tired but enjoyed the water and beach.  We got around our room late to chill and enjoy our drinks and snacks and chat away.  Had a nice meal and back to bed, dead to world.
